Bing updated its search engine to let you have a chat with the search result. From now on Bing remembers your previous search to serve you better in your next search.
For any kind of questions you asked, Bing used to serve the best answer. For example if you ask Bing, Who is the Prime Minister of India, it shows
Developers taking it a step further. Now, it not only answers your questions but also remembers it and continues the conversation. So, when your next question is related to it serves the best possible result.
Continuing your previous search, if you ask Bing Who is his mother it responds "Heeraben Modi".
Currently this feature is available only in United States. To use it you have to change your region to United States.

How to Change your region in Bing
1. Click on the Gear Icon, on top-right corner of your Bing Search-Page. This will open Bing Settings.
2. Select WORLDWIDE tab.
3. Click on United States - English link.
