India's largest online shopping retailer Flipkart today introduced
Flipkart Fast - which they claim is an annual paid subscription service for shoppers who wish to get exclusive benefits and have access to priority service. Shoppers have to subscribe it with an annual fee of Rs. 500 for getting those benefits.
Under the Flipkart Fast it is now offering the services like- free shipping on orders with no minimum purchase limit, free access to in-a-day delivery of products, Same-day delivery service at a discounted price of Rs. 70 per item, and other benefits which they will announce soon.
However, those benefits will be available on all purchases from the their own delivery partner WS Retails, and will be available to a few number of pin codes in India.
To check benefits available in your pin code first login to account, then hit subscribe(under Flipkart First page).
If unsatisfied, you can cancel the subscriptions anytime midway and they will refund the fund for the remaining subscription period. Currently cancelation is is available by phone only.
